Fast food is easy and save time but do you ever think about how they made those foods? When you cook it takes more than 1 hour to cook something useful, but they offer you in 5 minutes, how do they do it? When you eat something, they put so many flavours into your foods all of them made by chemicals.

Did you ever visit the meat farm if you not I highly recommended to visit one? They use so many chemicals hormones to make animal fat. Because fat animals mean a lot of money. According to research, our ancestors lived more than 150 years, why? They never eat those poison if you eat healthily you’ll get your benefits later. Doesn’t matter how much you earn how busy you are if you get a severe medical problem you cannot run

According health specialist usually grown adults (men or women) require around 2,000 calories a day to maintain a healthy weight. Plus there are some vitamins need to be taken accordingly. If you’re triple burger fan and you put some extra cheese, it contains over 1,100 calories. 

If you get a large fries and soda to your meal, and your calorie intake just skyrocketed to close to 2,000. If you decide to top your meal off with a large, heavy dessert, you’ve just added almost another 1,000. 

Fat, cholesterol and sodium levels are also extremely high in meals such as this. Eating these types of meals every day will lead to obesity, which puts you at risk for heart disease, stroke, diabetes and certain types of cancer.

Nutrient Imbalances

Most of fast-food have lack nutrients such as vitamins A, C and E; fibre; potassium, magnesium and other trace minerals. If you eat vegetable fruits daily, you don’t have to worry about this. But when you are eating fast foods regularly, you’ll lose nutrients that your body requires. 

The Yale Rudd Center at Yale University published an article in December 2012 that states, in general, fast-food restaurant menus lack whole fruits, dark green and orange vegetables, legumes and whole grains.

Researchers also found that most meals exceed sodium recommendations and thus may affect your blood pressure. Choosing a salad with dressing on the side, a plain baked potato and whole-grain bread, if it’s available, may help prevent you from becoming deficient in these nutrients. Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
